Auto Anti-Heeling Control System

The device can either be proviced as a stand-alone or as a sub-system integrated in the ballast control. It continuously monitors a vessel's heeling angle and perform the necessary corrections required to keep a vessel safety upright during loading and uploading operations.

The device can either be proviced as a stand-alone or as a sub-system integrated in the ballast control. It continuously monitors a vessel's heeling angle and perform the necessary corrections required to keep a vessel safety upright during loading and uploading operations. The working principle is the balance principle of anti-heeling tanks. There is seawater in anti-heeling tank(P) and stardborad anti-heeling tank(S). When the hull tilt, the status is acknowldged by the control unit. Then, send a command to the actuator and active the actuator to work. The sea-water is from one side to another side till the hull is under balance status.
The system is composed by five parts: anti-heeling control unit, signal acquistiion box, actuator with valve, heeling instrumentation and liquid level sensor.
The device can be used in bunker carrier, contaner ship, oil tanker and others that need supply the function of anti-heeling.
