Electro-hydraulic Valve Remote Control System

The device controls the inner and reverse of the electric motor inside the electric actuator through a button or knob provided on the control box of the control room, thereby controlling the opening or closing of the valve. Among them, the “control box” can be installed in the control room or in an easy-to-operate place.
Summary :
Electro-hydraulic valve remote control system consists of workstation (including valve control box) and electro-hydraulic valve. The electro-hydraulic valve has its own small electro-hydraulic pump unit, which acts as a hydraulic power element to provide hydraulic power to the hydraulic actuator installed on the valve. The system only needs to connect with the electro-hydraulic pump unit through the cable, can carry on the remote control to the electro-hydraulic valve in the workstation. The electro-hydraulic pump unit is equipped with emergency operation interface. In the condition of remote control failure, the valve can be manually changed by emergency.
Electro-hydraulic valve remote control system does not require traditional hydraulic pumping station and solenoid valve box.
Electro-hydraulic Pump Unit :
EHP series of electro-hydraulic pumps, as a small hydraulic power source unit, can be directly installed on the valve or installed near the valve (connected to the hydraulic actuator of the valve through the hydraulic pipeline), so that its valve can be remotely controlled.
